Macquarie Marshes - the Wetlands Suite         

 In 1993 Sirocco created an environmental event in the wetlands.
A concert of original compositions including soundscapes of the marshes,
camping over night and a tour of the marshes the next morning.

It was broadcast by satellite to Asia and the Pacific
and  a video and CD were released.

Peter, Bill, Paul Koerbin, Doug Kelly and Andrew
gathered together for the performance

unfortunately this year, 2004,
the marshes have been almost completely destroyed by the drought,
so have used "the Dying of the Light" as soundtrack.
